TEFL training is usually given in countries where people do not speak English as a local language. The native speakers are usually the native Anglophones and they are the ones who are well versed in this language and generally travel to those countries where people do not have English as their language to train them. Teflcourses are actually aimed at young children and teenagers. There are various factors which given importance in the tefl courses among which youth literature is one which is given importance. The literature that has youth oriented subject is usually simple and easier. As many people read only the simplified and easier version of the teaching englishboard the publishers of the literature books generally print and publish the simplified version of the books more in number. The books preferred by the adults are quite different therefore the books that are the literature meant for the adults are more conversational in nature. The literature learning is generally prescribed in such a way that every group of students learning the course finds it interesting. As far as children are concerned the TEFL learning is carried out by educating them through rhymes and word play. They generally may prefer play way method of learning.
